You will be:
- managing and prioritizing product requirements for a development team within the Retail Pricing domain, based on business and user needs,
- taking ownership of a product or product area across the product lifecycle – from understanding the problem and defining requirements to supporting delivery and adoption,
- working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, structured and actionable product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria,
- working with pricing-related topics, including macro and micro pricing, elasticity and cross-elasticity,
- using Product Discovery methods and tools to better understand problems and identify the value the product should deliver,
- contributing to product roadmap creation, setting priorities together with stakeholders and identifying dependencies and delivery risks,
- shaping the roadmap around problems and outcomes rather than predefined functionalities,
- translating the product vision into clear product goals and proposing short- and medium-term objectives and relevant metrics,
- understanding the business and user value of the product and taking it into account when making product decisions,
- working directly with business stakeholders, clients and/or end-user representatives,
- presenting the product and its development plan to users and consulting release plans with the client,
- working closely with the development team, supporting sprint planning and independently leading refinement and review sessions,
- organizing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders,
- representing the business objectives of the product towards the team and stakeholders and gradually building greater ownership and autonomy within the product,
- collaborating effectively in a nearshore delivery setup.
Your profile:
- experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role,
- experience taking ownership of a product or product area across the product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and defining requirements to supporting delivery and adoption,
- experience in independently managing requirements and priorities for a development team,
- ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured and actionable product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria,
- practical knowledge of Product Discovery and prioritization methods,
- experience contributing to product roadmaps, identifying dependencies and delivery risks, and working with product goals and metrics,
- good understanding of business and user value and the ability to apply it when making product decisions,
- experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients and/or end users,
- experience working closely with development teams, including sprint planning, refinement and review,
- a technically minded profile, with the ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with development teams,
- ability to communicate product goals, priorities and development plans clearly to different stakeholders,
- confidence in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings,
- independence and ownership appropriate for managing a product scope within a development team,
- fluent English,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience in the Retail Pricing domain, particularly with macro and micro pricing, elasticity and cross-elasticity,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
