Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows application servers and IIS environments.
  
• Deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot virtual machines and application infrastructure.
  
• Manage and support business-critical web applications.
  
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts.
  
• Investigate and resolve L2 infrastructure and application incidents.
  
• Ensure security compliance through patch management, antivirus, and remediation activities.
  
• Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners to improve platform stability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Windows Server
    
  • IIS
    
  • Active Directory
    
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with M365 (Exchange, Teams, Provisioning)
  
• API troubleshooting using Insomnia/Bruno/Postman.
  
• Network/protocol analysis using Wireshark.
  
• Knownledge of CI/CD pipelines, docker.
