Product Owner

We are looking for a product owner to manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality InsureTech products. The role involves backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and product execution in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product development plans, timelines, and project execution.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog and user stories.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, design, and business teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily Agile activities.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve project blockers.
• Ensure timely product delivery and smooth product launches.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of InsureTech, SaaS, or insurance domain preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, automation, and digital product development is a plus.
