Product Owner
Summary
Owns and drives a customer communications management product, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating Agile delivery for a global client.
At Rehire, we are partnering with a global company to find an experienced Product Owner to join a high-impact international project. We're looking for a strategic professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology, translate complex business needs into functional solutions, and drive successful product delivery in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
· Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
· Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
· Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, reports, forms, and data conversions.
· Collaborate with Product Management, clients, and end users to define product vision and business needs.
· Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
· Support solution design by working closely with development teams and technical architects.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking overall project progress.
· Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and end-user training.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
· Analyze enhancement requests and determine the most effective implementation approach.
· Participate in feasibility studies, solution presentations, and system demonstrations.
· Respond to production issues and support ongoing product improvements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of CCM (Customer Communications Management) platforms.
· Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor technologies.
· Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Experience working in Agile environments.
· Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio.
· Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).
About the Position:
· Work Model: 100% Remote (Latam)
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
· Contract Type: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
