We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to drive product strategy, roadmap development and delivery within a commercial software environment.
This is a hands-on, technically focused role requiring the ability to work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams, translate business and customer needs into technical product requirements, and balance product innovation with technical feasibility and commercial value.
You will take ownership of assigned product areas, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives, customer needs and long-term technology direction.
Key Responsibilities
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline is desirable. Relevant product management or Agile certifications will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy and technical roadmaps.
- Own and prioritise product backlogs, translating business requirements into clear technical features and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Tech Leads and Product Delivery teams to align priorities and support delivery.
- Balance customer requirements, technical debt, platform scalability and long-term product sustainability.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, usage analytics and commercial insights.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, automation and analytics into product capabilities.
- Support product releases, customer engagement and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager or similar role within a software or technology environment.
- Strong technical understanding of software development, system architecture, integrations, APIs and modern technology platforms.
- Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams.
- Demonstrated capability in product strategy, roadmap management, backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
- Understanding of SaaS business models, ARR, product performance and commercial drivers.
- Practical experience with AI, automation or data-driven product capabilities.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
