About the client: Banking Client

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and vendors to deliver digital solutions within agreed timelines and scope.
• Design and review user journeys, process flows, and product mock-ups.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Support testing, training, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Drive process improvements and change management initiatives across people, processes, and technology.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with organizational standards and best practices.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user story development, and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
