We are looking for a Product Owner, Salesforce to join the team developing AI capabilities for Recruitment Cloud, a key product built on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with a Product Manager, developers, and architects to turn customer needs into practical features and guide their day-to-day delivery.

This role suits someone who understands how products are built on Salesforce, enjoys working through technical decisions with engineers, and is ready to use AI throughout the product development process.

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and actionable work for the development team.
• Partner with the Product Manager, developers, and architects to assess technical options and decide how AI features should work within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release goals, using AI tools where they help the team work more effectively.
• Help prototype and develop agentic workflows, including prompts, data context, and integrations with external services.
• Work with the team to define test cases, sample datasets, and measures for evaluating the accuracy, usefulness, and reliability of AI features.
• Make day-to-day product decisions, answer developers’ questions, resolve blockers, and adjust scope as the team learns.
• Validate new features against customer needs and gather feedback to guide improvements.
• Create clear documentation and help customer-facing teams understand and support new capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or a closely related role. We also welcome Salesforce Business Analysts or consultants who have owned a backlog and made product decisions.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and an understanding of how solutions are built and configured within its ecosystem.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with developers and architects, including Salesforce concepts such as Apex and Lightning Web Components. You do not need to be a developer.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and MCP servers, along with experience writing prompts for agent-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical discussions and make sound decisions about priorities and trade-offs.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and taking ownership of day-to-day product delivery.
• A practical approach to using AI for prototyping, refining stories, and accelerating product work, while checking the quality of its output.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across international teams.
