Product Owner

In the role of Product Owner at SHL, you will work closely with your agile team to maintain the product road map and work with cross-functional teams to enhance your products. You will work on people insight products and guide the development and evolution of cutting-edge talent assessment products to help global companies attract, recruit, develop, and retain outstanding talent.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with collaboration tools (e. g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
• Product Management experience, working directly with engineering teams preparing backlogs and user stories.
• Experience with wireframing tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch).

Desirable:

• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in market research, UX design principles, and agile.
• Experience with AI-powered software is a plus.
