Product Owner
Summary
Full onsite Product Owner role in the banking industry based in Alam Sutra, Tangerang. Day to day: managing and refining the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, running sprint planning and reviews, and translating business requirements for developers, QA, and stakeholders using Agile/Scrum practices.
Salary: Rp 10.500.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month
Product Owner position within the Banking Industry, based in Alam Sutra - Tangerang on a full onsite basis. The role requires expertise in Agile software development environments and banking or financial services product ownership.
Key responsibilities
Manage product backlog and conduct backlog refinement
Define user stories and acceptance criteria
Conduct sprint planning and sprint reviews
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements for development teams
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
Apply Scrum techniques and artifacts including Definition of Done (DoD) and automated testing practices
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or financial services is required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in Agile Software Development environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development lifecycles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling digital banking products (preferred)
Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership such as CSPO or PSPO (preferred)
