Product Owner (100% remote, LATAM)

Who we are
At Singular Agency, we lead digital transformation for US-based clients with remote teams across Latin America. We don't ship features — we ship measurable business outcomes, and we use AI and automation as the engine of that transformation. We're looking for Product Owners who think in impact, not backlog completion.

The role
As Product Owner, you lead the strategy of digital products with a strong focus on business outcomes: ROI, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You are the strategic bridge between business, client, and technology, translating business objectives into scalable, AI-powered solutions. This role goes beyond traditional product management: you shift from feature delivery to measurable impact, and act as a transformation partner to the client — not a service provider.

Day to day:
Outcome-driven strategy: define OKRs and measurable outcomes per project (ROI, efficiency, revenue); prioritize initiatives based on business impact, not effort or feature count.
Discovery: lead fast-paced discovery processes to validate value and feasibility before building.
AI transformation: identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into client processes; design solutions that reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
Strategic client partnership: guide client decision-making, challenge low-impact requests when needed, and present results, insights, and impact metrics.
Product management (core): define product vision, roadmap, and backlog; translate business goals into user stories and actionable tasks; ensure alignment between product strategy and execution.
Internal coordination: align with Project Managers on OKR execution, collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility, and lead strategic workshops and product definition sessions.

What we're looking for (essential):
Proficiency with product management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar for backlog and sprint management.
Roadmapping and prioritization using frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or Value vs. Effort.
Analytics and KPIs: strong understanding of product performance metrics (adoption, churn, NPS, ROI, delivery velocity).
User research and feedback analysis to guide product decisions.
Technical literacy: solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and digital platforms — able to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
AI/data-driven approach: familiarity with AI-powered products, automation, or predictive analytics.
Documentation: clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and up-to-date product documentation.
Strategic thinking connected to business goals; communication and storytelling; decision-making balancing impact, urgency, and resources; ownership; cross-functional collaboration; adaptability.
Advanced English (direct communication with US-based clients).

Nice to have (not required):
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to validate usability and user journeys.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery environments.
Stakeholder management with US-based or international clients.
Data visualization tools: Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of CRM, Google Analytics, and Customer Experience.
Coaching mindset, conflict resolution, and curiosity for emerging technologies and AI trends.

Formal requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred); Product Management or Agile certifications are a plus. Equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
Experience: 3–6 years managing digital products or transformation initiatives.

What we offer:
Fully remote, permanent work.
100% LATAM team, Central America time zone (UTC-6, Monday to Friday).[19:22] US-based clients with real transformation projects — not maintenance work.
An environment where AI is part of the process: you'll design solutions with agentic AI and automation from day one.

Location: Remote - Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela
