You will identify business needs and define internal products that support customer experience, marketing, and operational workflows. You will own product management, interface and technical design, and end-to-end implementation. You will build, test, deploy, document, maintain, and improve applications based on user feedback and measured impact.

Responsibilities

  • Understand team workflows, identify high-impact problems, and prioritize product improvements.
  • Define users, purpose, workflows, behaviour, success measures, and initial scope.
  • Design interfaces, technical solutions, architecture, data models, and tools.
  • Build frontend, backend, database, and integrations using AI tools.
  • Test, deploy, manage access permissions, debug, document, and maintain products.
  • Gather feedback, measure impact, and improve products after launch.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to independently take software products from initial idea to real-world use.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear problems and tradeoffs.
  • Practical full-stack engineering ability, including coding, databases, APIs, deployment, and application maintenance.
  • Experience using AI coding tools to deliver and troubleshoot software.
  • UX ability to make complex workflows understandable and easy to use.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar business areas and work without detailed specifications.
  • Clear communication with technical and nontechnical colleagues.
