Product Owner
Salary: ฿70,000 – ฿80,000 per month
About the role
Senior Product Owner responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing product backlog, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and priorities
Define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points and requirements through user research, data analysis and feedback collection
Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support teams to gather insights and ensure alignment with market demands
Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, business values and technical feasibility
Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with the overall product vision and roadmap
Work closely with the development team to refine and groom the backlog, providing context and rationale for requirements
Monitor the progress of development cycles, addressing risks, issues and scope changes as needed
Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and stakeholders
Represent the product and user perspectives in meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes
About you
4+ years of experience in Information Technology
Bachelor's or Master's in IT or business Administration and/or related academic major
Project Management, Analytical
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address business issues related to IT quickly
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with data and numbers
