🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Perform process setup, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot basic process abnormalities and support root cause analysis.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Collect and analyze production data for process improvements.
• Perform product inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Support engineering teams during process qualification, new product introduction (NPI), and engineering trials.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and process recovery after equipment downtime.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation.

✅ Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:Mechanical EngineeringElectrical & Electronics EngineeringMechatronicsPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringChemical EngineeringMaterials ScienceSemiconductor Technology
• Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing experience are highly welcome.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to perform rotating shifts if required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
