π§ Your Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Perform process setup, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot basic process abnormalities and support root cause analysis.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Collect and analyze production data for process improvements.
- Perform product inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Support engineering teams during process qualification, new product introduction (NPI), and engineering trials.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and process recovery after equipment downtime.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production and process documentation.

- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:Mechanical EngineeringElectrical & Electronics EngineeringMechatronicsPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringChemical EngineeringMaterials ScienceSemiconductor Technology
- Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing experience are highly welcome.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to perform rotating shifts if required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
