Product/Project Manager (Corporate Banking)

Our client, a well-established bank is seeing a product/project manager for their corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Corporate Banking projects, product launches and enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in managing banking products throughout their lifecycle, including development, implementation, performance monitoring and review.
• Gather and document business and product requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing product proposals, business cases, pricing reviews and management presentations.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder meetings and follow-up actions.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers and product documentation.
• Monitor product usage, revenue, client feedback and operational performance.
• Work with Technology and Operations on system implementations and process enhancements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, results and defect tracking.
• Perform other project- and product-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Three years of experience in banking, product management, project coordination, business analysis or operations.
• Exposure to Corporate Banking products such as loans, trade finance, cash management or payments would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle management and project-delivery methodologies.
