Product Project Manager

Lead delivery for a multi-product trading platform where every release matters. You'll own features end-to-end across RMS/OMS middleware, web, mobile, back-office, and open APIs, steering Golang, React, and Flutter teams alongside QA, DevOps, and Infra.

Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery from scoping to go-live across multiple interdependent services.
• Manage integrations with exchanges, clearing corporations, and depositaries.
• Run impact analysis and delivery for regulatory and exchange-mandated changes.
• Define release strategy, dependency maps, and rollback plans for high-risk launches.
• Enforce API versioning and backward compatibility.
• Track defect leakage, release quality, and MTTR, and act on what the numbers say.
• Balance business priorities against engineering capacity.

Requirements:

• Hands-on capital markets platform experience: order lifecycle, margining, settlement, and DP processes.
• Strong technical grounding in distributed systems, APIs, DB migrations, and deployment models.
• A history of shipping under regulatory deadlines.
• The credibility to manage business, engineering, and external entities alike.
• Bonus: Kafka, Kubernetes, high-concurrency systems.
