Pro Agency is hiring a Product/Project Manager to fully own a crypto/Web3 product — vision, roadmap, discovery, and delivery. Day to day they'd run the backlog, lead a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, smart contracts, QA, design), track product and on-chain metrics (TVL, Amplitude, Dune), and coordinate launches. Requires 3+ years in PM roles, including 2+ years in crypto/Web3.
About Us
We’re looking for a Product & Project Manager to take full ownership of a crypto product, from strategy and discovery through release and growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and align them with company goals and stakeholders
Build and prioritize the backlog, balancing business value, technical debt, and security
Lead a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, smart contracts, QA, design) through the full delivery cycle
Drive product discovery: user interviews, competitor and market analysis, on-chain and product data
Define and own key metrics (TVL, transaction volume, active wallets, conversion, retention, revenue), and make decisions based on them
Work with the security team and auditors to manage smart contract risk and protect user funds
Coordinate launches with marketing, BD, community, and compliance
Requirements
3+ years as a Product Owner / Product Manager, including 2+ years in crypto or Web3
Deep understanding of blockchain: wallets, transactions, gas, smart contracts, DEX/CEX, bridges, stablecoins
Proven experience owning a product end to end, from discovery to post-launch growth
Ability to write clear, precise requirements for engineers and to discuss technical trade-offs with them
Strong data skills: product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) and on-chain analytics (Dune, Nansen, Etherscan)
Experience working with stakeholders at different levels, up to C-level
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
Independence and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty
Nice to Have
Experience launching a wallet, or payment solution
Technical background or the ability to read Solidity
Understanding of tokenomics and governance mechanics
Knowledge of regulation: MiCA, KYC/AML, Travel Rule
Experience building or scaling a product team
Personal, hands-on experience with DeFi and on-chain products
