Product Quality Engineer

I-工作职责Key Duties & Responsibilities (Please list 3~5 key responsibilities)
New product/process qualification with quality control and improvement, and KPC identification and control;
新产品及新工艺的质量评估,控制与改善。
Lead process quality defective analysis and improvement;
生产线品质异常的分析和处理。
Lead the customer complaint and field return analysis and improvement;
主导客户投诉和客户退机的处理及改善行动。
Complete Weekly/Monthly quality report;
周报、月报等相关质量报告的完成。
Lead the quality Kaizen/improvement event;
主导相应产品质量改善活动。
Product Certification;
产品过程认证的推进及改善。
Quality control plan and inspection work instruction
制定QA的检验指导，质量控制计划等文件。

Education Background (Major, certificate and etc)教育背景

Associate degree in electronic or above;
大专或以上学历或相当的学历证明,电子及相关专业。

Working Experience工作经验

More than 5 years for quality experience with electronic factory;
至少有相关职位5年以上的工作经验。

Critical Skills技能鉴定

Learn SPC、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、Control plan、Minitab, QC 7 tools quality tools;

了解SPC、FMEA、MSA、Minitab ,QC七大手法等品质管理工具。

Learn electronic components and circuit;

对电子零件和线路有一定的了解.

4. Computer Skills计算机能力
Good for WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK/PPT for work;
能熟练掌握WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK/PPT进行日常工作。

5. Language Abilities语言能力
Good oral Engish, Can use English for work and communication;
英语CET-4或以上，较强的英语阅读能力及书写能力。
