This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Sales Executive Hem/UA based in United States.

This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding market share across a Hematology and Urinalysis product portfolio. You will develop sophisticated sales strategies based on laboratory workflows, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and healthcare economics. The position combines consultative selling with deep knowledge of diagnostic technologies to create tailored solutions for diverse clinical environments. You will engage key stakeholders, identify competitive displacement opportunities, and demonstrate how integrated solutions can improve clinical and operational outcomes. Working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, you will manage territory performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy. The role is ideal for a sales professional who can combine technical expertise, business insight, and strong customer engagement skills.

Accountabilities:

The Product Sales Executive will lead territory growth by developing targeted sales strategies, building customer relationships, and positioning diagnostic solutions around clinical, operational, and financial priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments to identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Apply market intelligence and competitive insights to uncover growth opportunities, drive market share expansion, and proactively displace competing solutions.
  • Engage customers by understanding their technology environments, existing contracts, financial priorities, and operational requirements.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and value propositions that clearly connect solutions to customer objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Hematology and Urinalysis technologies and related diagnostic workflows.
  • Position integrated capabilities, including advanced analytics, connectivity, and applicable diagnostic technologies, to deliver clinical and operational value.
  • Use sales analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Salesforce to inform territory strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute territory plans and advance high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and account management practices to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Monitor performance against sales goals and adjust strategies based on market, customer, and competitive developments.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory and participate in customer engagements as required.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate combines proven sales performance with strong knowledge of diagnostics, laboratory environments, and complex solution selling. You should be comfortable developing strategic territory plans, influencing multiple customer stakeholders, analyzing competitive markets, and translating technical capabilities into compelling business value. Key qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience in capital equipment or diagnostics, or equivalent Medical Technology experience with strong Hematology/Urinalysis expertise.
    • Alternatively, a master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies and position integrated solutions.
    • Proven success analyzing competitive landscapes, displacing competitors, and increasing market share.
    • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and operational needs, particularly within Hematology and Urinalysis environments.
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
    • Ability to tailor messaging and solution positioning to diverse clinical, technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
    • Proficiency with sales analytics and CRM tools such as Power BI and Salesforce for territory planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
    • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, and ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
    • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
    • Benefits:

      • Base salary of $100,000–$120,000 annually.
      • Eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC).
      • Total target compensation at plan of $170,000–$190,000 annually, including base salary and target incentive compensation.
      • Actual incentive earnings may vary above or below target based on individual sales performance.
