Product Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals and eldercare facilities while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products to hospitals, community hospitals, and eldercare facilities to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and networks to increase customer base and loyalty
  • Increase customer interactions and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to influence product adoption
  • Organize, manage, and execute seminars and exhibitions assigned by the company to enhance brand visibility
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution
  • Conduct product presentations and training programs on agency products to educate customers and support product evaluation trials
  • Collect and report detailed quarterly market intelligence, including competitor analysis, promotional activities, and evolving customer needs
  • Manage the product life cycle for all models and SKUs to ensure optimal market positioning and inventory control
  • Implement brand management activities by strategically positioning products and benchmarking against major competitors
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute new product launch plans targeting the right customer segments
  • Control project running costs for deals within assigned accounts to ensure profitability and budget adherence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or Science
  • At least 2 years’ experience in medical equipment and consumables sales preferred
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel
  • Candidates without prior experience but with relevant qualifications and aspiration to build a healthcare sales career will be considered
