Product/Sales Specialist
About the role
The Product/Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical device portfolio to hospitals and medical professionals in Singapore, with potential regional exposure. The role combines clinical case support, territory management and KOL engagement to achieve sales and growth targets.
Key responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets for the assigned product portfolio and accounts.
Develop and execute territory plans covering key public and private hospitals and relevant clinical departments.careers.
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical users through regular visits, product education and service excellence.
Provide on‑site clinical and technical support during procedures or product use, including preparation, in‑procedure support and post‑procedure follow up.
Manage tenders and quotations, including working with hospitals on submissions, pricing, consignment and inventory matters.
Coordinate product evaluations, trials and conversions; gather feedback and relay field insights to marketing and regional stakeholders.
Conduct in‑service trainings, workshops and product demonstrations for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to increase product adoption and competency.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, and recommend actions to protect and grow market share.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Support local and regional marketing programs such as conferences, symposiums and educational events as required.careers.
Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree
At least 2-5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably with hospital‑based accounts.
Prior experience providing clinical or procedural support in hospital settings is an advantage.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with clinicians and hospital procurement.
Self‑motivated, results driven and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
