Job Description
You will lead the definition, evolution, and industrialization of scalable low-voltage automotive electronic architectures across Smart Power Distribution, Body Control, Zonal Control, and Central Compute platforms. As the senior technical authority for product solutions, you will guide architecture strategy, support business acquisition activities, and drive technical excellence across advanced, awarded, and maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
Lead the definition and evolution of scalable, reusable solution architectures for low-voltage automotive electronics platforms.
Define and maintain high-level solution capabilities, features, and logical architectures aligned with product architecture strategies.
Support advanced technology development by assessing technology readiness and maintaining key component selection guidelines with strategic suppliers.
Drive the creation and continuous improvement of solution-level design, validation, and architectural governance guidelines.
Provide technical leadership during RFI and RFQ activities, ensuring accurate allocation of functional and non-functional requirements.
Review and approve technical proposals, preliminary system architectures, and technical safety concepts for customer opportunities.
Act as the primary technical liaison between advanced development, reference designs, and awarded customer programs.
Lead solution-level issue resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive action initiatives to improve architecture robustness and product quality.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in automotive electronics product development and system architecture.
5+ years of experience developing Smart Power Distribution systems, Body End Nodes, Body Control Modules, Zonal Controllers, or Central Compute platforms.
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, hardware and software integration, cybersecurity, and cross-functional system design.
Experience with automotive standards and tools including ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, FMEA, FTA, DOORS, JIRA, and APIS-IQ, along with professional proficiency in English.
