Aquila Nova Private Limited provides marine and offshore technology solutions, including vessel monitoring, thermal imaging and data platforms, for customers in Singapore and the region.

About the role
You will design products and solution packages for the Octologic platform and Aquila Nova solutions. You will report to the Platform Lead and work closely with the Managing Director and the Commercial & Operations Director.

Responsibilities

• Produce UI/UX designs, wireframes and prototypes for platform features to agreed specifications
• Maintain the design system and keep the brand consistent across Aquila Nova and Octologic
• Prepare product sheets, solution package descriptions, user guides and release-note content, and keep them under revision control
• Contribute competitor and market research to the quarterly roadmap review, and capture customer feedback themes for the product backlog
• Design marketing collateral, presentations and website content for management approval
• Record design inputs, outputs and changes in Odoo so the work can be traced
• Support exhibitions, proposals and customer workshops when needed

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in design, UX/UI, product design or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
• A portfolio showing UI/UX or product design work
• Working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe suite
• Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to work with engineering, sales and management
• Familiarity with Odoo, technical or industrial products, or ISO 9001 documentation is an advantage
