Product and Solutions Analyst – Full-time, PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play a key role in executing initiatives within the Asset Management team. The role spans product structuring, fund establishment, disclosure and regulatory support, assisting with client and institutional engagement, hedging, and operational process improvements across wholesale and retail funds.New Fund EstablishmentSupport senior product team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders on fund launches. Responsibilities may include:Assisting in understanding and articulating the investment thesis and fund rationale alongside the investment teamSupporting collaboration with investment, marketing, and distribution teams on fund positioning and materialsContributing to timeline planning and execution for fund launches and capital raisesAssisting with the preparation and review of internal committee and board papersCoordinating with accounts, legal, and investment teams on documentation and settlementSupporting investment teams in navigating the fund establishment processConducting market research and competitor analysisManage Fund Disclosure and Associated Operational ProcessesCollaborate with key stakeholders to prepare and refresh disclosure documents and marketing materialsAssist senior team members with managing external counterparties and service providersFacilitate rigorous verification of disclosure documentsEducate distribution teams and stakeholders on disclosure requirementsWork with compliance, finance, and investment teams to ensure products meet emerging disclosure regimes and regulatory changesUnderstand, interpret, and operationalise regulatory guidanceWork with teams to operationalise products, including:Formalising new policies in the fund lifecycleEnsuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., FSC) and client expectationsManaging emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., DDO) and associated change managementCollaborate with investment, distribution, and legal teams to respond to platform/institutional investor queriesClient and Business Development SupportAct as a key contact for institutional clients, supporting timely communication, reporting, and investor queriesAssist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, RFPs/DDQs, and campaigns for new opportunitiesCoordinate internally to address client needs, support solution design, and ensure high service standardsMaintain client records, update CRM systems, and manage dataroomsOrganise and coordinate client meetings and eventsHedging and Derivatives ManagementAssist in the development and execution of hedging strategies across multiple asset classes (e.g., FX, interest rates)Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on MTM, hedge effectiveness, P&L attribution, and risk metricsMaintain and enhance automated tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Python scripts) for risk calculation and reportingEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsSupport trade execution: generating trade tickets, confirming deals, and managing collateral with counterpartiesSupport Asset Management for the TeamMonitor market trends and assess their impact on hedging strategies, wholesale and retail fundsStreamline policies and procedures across Investment, Legal, and Finance teamsSupport operational risk and compliance via control self-assessment, internal controls, and auditsMonitor obligations against trustee, investment management, and other requirementsAdvise on fund governance, including delegations and Investment Committee approval processesManage asset reviews, reporting, fund wind-ups, and fund changesLead product-related and asset management-wide technology implementationsPeople and CultureRole model and encourage a supportive, collaborative, and positive team cultureEmbody the MA Financial Drivers of Character Matters, Better Way?, Edge, Has a Formula, and Co-Creators of ValueSkills and QualificationsStrong influencing and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including VBA/macros), with strong analytical skills; familiarity with Python is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with complexity and under pressure / fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detailSelf-starter with strong problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of hedging instruments and derivatives, with the ability to support analysis, execution, and reporting across FX and interest rate exposuresAbout MA Financial GroupMA Financial Group is a global alternative asset manager specialising in private credit, real estate, and hospitality.
