Are you passionate about wafer fabrication, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory technologies?

Our client is seeking a technically driven professional to support the deployment and application of advanced semiconductor manufacturing solutions. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining their technical expertise with customer engagement, product application, and innovative manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application expertise for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions within semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• Work closely with customers to understand manufacturing processes, identify challenges, and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical discussions with customers.

• Collaborate with regional technology partners and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancement and business growth.

• Support pre-sales, product evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and post-implementation technical assistance.

• Keep up to date with semiconductor manufacturing trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, semiconductor equipment, or advanced manufacturing environments.

• Candidates with experience as Application Engineers, Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, Product Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Integration Engineers, Smart Factory Engineers, or Field Service/Application Engineers are encouraged to apply.

• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Exposure to Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT (IIoT), equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, manufacturing digitalization, MES, SECS/GEM, or factory automation will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop expertise in advanced semiconductor manufacturing solutions.
