Product Specialist

Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company who are hiring a product specialist to be based in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Acting as the main contact for quality and performance issues.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
• Support distributors and end-users on all application-related issues.
• Conduct training, installation, demonstration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site level application support and prepare customized application solutions.
• Support the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned business line products.
• Communicate all technical product information updates to all pertinent stakeholders to guarantee their awareness.
• Provide reports on key support projects, actions, and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest application strategy and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or biomedical field.
• Must have clinical/application experience in ICU/CCU.
• Proficient in CRM, sales software, and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel as the job requires.
