Product Specialist/Manager | Healthcare & Life Science
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the market for products and services.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and customers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Biological Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Positive team player with a willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without sales experience but with a relevant laboratory background are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
