Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a professional manner

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully assessing their needs

  • Possess a working knowledge of all vehicle features and benefits including optional equipment and/or warranty packages

  • Be responsible for completing sales through the closing of the sale

  • Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent follow-through and closing skills

  • Understanding of manufacturer's specifications

  • Must be tech savvy and familiar with technology
