Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional manner
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully assessing their needs
Possess a working knowledge of all vehicle features and benefits including optional equipment and/or warranty packages
Be responsible for completing sales through the closing of the sale
Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
A positive, can-do attitude
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through and closing skills
Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
Must be tech savvy and familiar with technology
