Product Specialist (Proteomics)
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales and marketing of cell biology and proteomics instruments, chromatography products, and reagents in Singapore to support business growth
- Conduct technical sales visits, deliver product presentations, and provide expert consultation based on customers’ research needs
- Evaluate new technologies and develop targeted product marketing plans to increase market penetration
- Collaborate closely with Application Scientists and Service Engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Apply practical knowledge of protein research techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, Western blotting, and imaging, to support technical sales and customer enquiries
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
- Relevant laboratory, technical sales, application support, or product support experience
- Hands-on knowledge of protein research techniques and related laboratory instruments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical sales environment
