Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist (Server Computing).
This role focuses primarily on server products, and you will be mainly stationed at our partner’s office to collaborate closely with their team on business development and presales activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the partner’s team at their office to drive product focus, business opportunities, and customer engagements.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors, distributors, partners, and customers.

  • Learn and stay updated on server technologies, vendor roadmaps, and IT infrastructure trends.

  • Lead presales activities: understand requirements, propose solutions, prepare BOMs/quotations, and support sales discussions.

  • Act as PIC for tenders, coordinating vendor quotes, compliance lists, and submission documents.

  • Work with sales teams to follow up on opportunities and secure customer POs.

  • Share product updates and important information with internal teams to support sales capability.

  • Comply with the partner’s data security, confidentiality, and operational policies while working onsite.

  • Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the partner's team


Requirements

  • Entry level with Master Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in server computing, IT infrastructure, and presales solution design.

  • Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a partner-focused environment.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and tenders efficiently.

  • Able and comfortable to communicate with colleagues from China
