Summary
Structures and sells complex financing solutions for corporate clients in India, building a portfolio of structured products while meeting income and fee targets.
- Ensuring optimum building up of Structured Products asset book (as part of wholesale banking) via optimum client onboarding and transaction structuring, with individual income, Fee targets.
- The Senior Product Specialist is expected to work under the guidance of Head - Structured Product Solutions and work towards achieving the annual budgets on Asset, Income and portfolio P&L with specific % contribution towards target for the Head - Structured Product Solutions.
- The role is for Product Specialist with full accountability of portfolio quality and income generated from assets underwritten.
- Contribute towards building Structured Products asset book (as part of wholesale banking), while meeting individual income, Fee targets
- Assist in devising, structuring and execution of complex bespoke financing solutions, tailored to case specific requirements, on a pan India scale in collaboration with Coverage teams.
- Assist in structuring and execution of project finance transactions across sectors, including assessment of project viability, risk allocation, and cash flow-based lending.
- Collaborate with Coverage teams Pan-India to execute mandates and develop focussed sector-specific book in key sectors such as Infrastructure, Education, Healthcare, and Logistics
- Prepare and present comprehensive credit memos and financial models; liaise with Credit/Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations for smooth deal execution.
- Actively support syndication and sell-down efforts through close coordination with the DCM team, including preparation of marketing material and investor engagement.
- Monitor the performance of deals in the book and identify early warning signals.
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA Charterholder or equivalent professional qualification.
