Product Support Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

• Electrical, electronic, or technical systems experience
• Understanding of IP/networked systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with fire alarms, Nurse Call, access control, BMS, or similar systems is desirable
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot electronic, IP, and software-based systems remotely and on site
• Support product development, testing, and implementation
• Provide customer training and technical guidance
• Produce technical documentation and resolve or escalate issues
