Product Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Commercial experience in application or software support
  • Exposure to C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, and SQL Server
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and the software lifecycle is highly desirable
  • Understanding of APIs is highly desirable
  • Experience with tools such as Postman or XMLSpy is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and manage client tickets from start to resolution
  • Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
  • Communicate clearly with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Gather requirements for system changes and support their delivery
  • Test, document, and support application updates
  • Assist with debugging and implementing improvements
  • Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
