Product Support Person
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

A new role has become available for a Product Support Person who will be responsible for providing application support, issue investigation, user assistance and system maintenance for assigned software solutions in response to client requirements.

The salary on offer is between $85 – 100,000 plus super, depending on relevant skills and experience.
Some Details of the role:
Respond to, investigate and manage support requests
Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes where possible.
Escalate complex technical issues to product managers, developers or senior developers as required.
Maintain accurate support records, tickets and issue documentation.
Communicate incident status, updates and resolutions to clients and stakeholders.
Test and validate fixes before confirming issue resolution.
Assist with system configuration, user setup and application administration activities.
Participate in product release validation and support readiness preparation
To be considered for the role, the following would be required:
· Geological and field logging experience would be highly valued
· Be competent with Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
· Be able to demonstrate Basic SQL Skills
· Experience with LogChief or LogChief Lite, Jira and Azure DevOps would also be highly valued but not essential
