We are looking for dynamic individuals that will be part of our support team. The Product Support Specialist is expected to:
Respond to inbound calls and emails
Create tickets to document the incoming queries from customers
Escalate tickets to appropriate team for resolution
Do shifting schedule
To be successful with this role candidates must have:
Excellent English communication skills
BPO and customer support experience
With background in handling software issues are desired
Skills in MS Office Applications
Experience in ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus
