Product Support Specialist Telemetry Cloud Systems
Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience with professional coffee machines, including diagnostics, repair, or support
- Experience working with cloud platforms and connected or IoT systems
- Strong understanding of push and pull data communication technologies
- Experience using telemetry for remote diagnostics and monitoring
- Good knowledge of connectivity, including Wi-Fi, SIM, and data networks
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- Provide expert remote support for connected coffee machines
- Diagnose faults using cloud-based telemetry platforms
- Work with push and pull data technologies to analyse machine performance
- Support distributors with technical issues, system setup, and optimisation
- Translate machine data into clear actions for engineers and customers
- Deliver training on telemetry systems and remote diagnostics tools

This is an office-based role with client visits across Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, Kingswinford, and Walsall.
