For our Product & Design team, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive: PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST An administrative role within a creative product team. You'll become part of our 10-person Product & Design team, consisting of designers, graphic designers and product developers who are responsible for developing our collections. Within the team, you'll play an important administrative and supporting role. You'll make sure product information is processed correctly, data is kept up to date and the administrative processes surrounding sampling and production run smoothly. You'll keep track of various tasks, monitor outstanding actions and ensure that information is processed and followed up on time. Accurate administration and the correct processing of information are key parts of this role. You enjoy working with systems, data and Excel, aren't afraid to follow up on missing information and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. At the same time, this role gives you the opportunity to gradually learn more about the product development process and the products, suppliers and processes behind our collections. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
