Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers.

• Ensure right cost source is selected to issue purchase orders. • Handle changes in suppliers delivery schedules.

• Generates and/or approves purchase order while maintaining inventory within company goals.

• Handle sales request for quotation (RFQ).

• Coordinate with sales team to do the order planning to match with customer request delivery.

• Ensures on-time delivery to customers from suppliers in proactive manner.

• Exhausts all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements.

• Expands personal product knowledge to effectively support sales.

• Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible cost.

• Ensures integrity of system information, including cost, resale and packaging.

• Review and approves requests for new part numbers to be added to system.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Electronics Engineer or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' related experience in Electronics Components, preferred on Passive Components/Connectors.

• Team player and willing to communicate with all levels.

• Good attitude, diligent, attention to the details and willing to learn.

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates).

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
