Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Background in CRM, RevOps, Growth Ops, Product Ops, Automation, or Business Systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRM implementation and management.
- Practical experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.
- Experience using automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Practical understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and web chat automation.
- Familiarity with the customer lifecycle: Lead, Trial, Active, At-Risk, Churn, and Win-back.
- Exposure to dashboards, reporting, and SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
Nice To Have:
- Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
- Exposure to AI chatbots, AI agents, or lead qualification workflows.
