Product Test Engineer
Summary
A test engineer at semiconductor company Cirrus Logic in Austin owns production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs: designing ATE board hardware (schematics, PCB layout reviews, probecards), debugging test hardware, supporting NPI test program releases, and driving yield and cost improvements from design through mass production.
In this role, you will be the technical bridge between design and mass production, leading the development of advanced ATE board hardware, driving yield and cost-reduction initiatives, and ensuring the seamless release of new products. If you are an engineer who excels at debugging challenging mixed-signal systems, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply your expertise to influence the performance and quality of products used by millions worldwide.
