Summary
Oversee daily slaughterhouse operations, ensure food safety and hygiene compliance, and guide staff on processing tasks.
Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution.
Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities.
Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
