Assists in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations, supports monitoring of processing activities, ensures compliance with standards, guides operators, and maintains operational records in a food production environment.

Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution. Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
