Production and Packaging Positions

We have multiple positions open starting between 4:00 am and 8:00 am. All shifts last until the product run is completed for the day.

Our Production and Packaging workers help us to provide high quality breads, bagels, and pretzels to major customers across Central Florida. If you possess these skills and attributes, New York International Bread Co. wants YOU as part of our team!

• Arrive for scheduled shifts on-time in a clean uniform with all required PPE.
• Always maintain cleanliness at workstation.
• Preparing products for baking on our production lines using various machines.
• Sending product through various machines as required including slicers, baggers, taggers, etc.
• Removing irregular product into waste bins.
• Stacking trays of packaged product and moving to shipping area.
• Adhere to all GMP’s & Safety Standards.
• Light sanitation duties following every shift.
