Pay Rate:
$ 23.40 + shift premiums

Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months

Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays
2nd shift 3pm - 11pm

The Job You Will Perform:

  • *We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to

  • progress within the company - we promote from within our organization

  • *Verify product meets quality standards by visual inspection as well as using a

  • tape measure to verify size of product within a 16th of an inch

  • *Verify material is correctly stacked, wrapped with dunnage, banded and tagged

  • for shipping

  • *Perform housekeeping and machine cleaning as required

  • *Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management

  • on machine performance or other concerns

  • *This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples

  • include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather

  • conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)

Basic Requirements:

  • Must know how to properly read a tape measure

  • High School Education or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3 Years’ experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred

  • Must be able to work standing for full shift and sometimes walking on a roller system

  • Must be able to work any shift - currently hiring for 2nd shift

  • Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends

  • Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
