Production Area Supervisor生产主管

1. Coordinates assigned resources (manpower, equipment);
- 统筹人力和设备资源配置；
2. Ensures compliance with budget target in term of HS&E, Quality, Industrial KPI, Costs and performs continuous monitoring of all metrics;
- 确保在安全、健康与环境（HS&E）、质量、工业关键绩效指标（KPI）及成本等方面达成预算目标，并持续跟踪各项指标；
3. Analyses KPI and defines improvement & recovery plan;
- 分析关键绩效指标，制定改进和恢复计划；
4. Ensures the right training and people development process (increase polyvalence/polycompetence);
- 确保落实正确的培训和人员发展流程（提升多能性/多技能）；
5. Ensures the spreading of digitalization and Production System concepts and is accountable for Autonomous Maintenance / Workplace Organization pillars;
- 推动数字化和生产系统理念的推广，并负责自主维护和工作场所组织两大支柱；
6. Guarantee the continuous improvement and the analysis of the process, suggesting technical improvements and cooperating with the related Technology area.
- 推进持续改进，分析流程，提出技术优化建议，并与相关技术部门协作。
