Production Artist

We are currently looking for a Packaging Prepress & Artwork Specialist to join our team and support the production of highly complex packaging projects for an international consumer goods client

.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong artwork creation skills with in-depth prepress and print production expertise, ensuring that packaging artwork is both visually accurate and technically flawless from concept adaptation through to final print-ready delivery

Job Responsibilities

• Create and adapt packaging artwork from master design files, brand guidelines, print specifications, and production briefs
• Prepare high-quality print-ready files while ensuring compliance with technical printing requirements and client standards
• Apply pack copy, legal information, and graphic elements accurately across multiple packaging formats
• Manage colour application, varnishes, metallic inks, whites, embossing, foils, and other special print finishes
• Collaborate closely with project managers, creative teams, QA specialists, printers, and production partner
• Review and validate artwork consistency across product ranges and packaging portfolio
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand requirements, and production deadline
• Support troubleshooting of technical print challenges and provide recommendations to improve workflows and production efficiencies
• Maintain detailed knowledge of client guidelines, print specifications, and packaging production processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in packaging artwork, production art, prepress, or reprographics
• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of print production processes including offset, flexo, gravure and hybrid printing environments
• Experience preparing files for high-quality commercial print production
• Strong knowledge of colour management, trapping, overprints, bleed management, separations, RIP processes and print specifications
• Experience working with premium packaging finishes such as metallic inks, varnishes, embossing, debossing, foils, specialty coatings, or other decorative print effects
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience within highly regulated industries or complex packaging environments
• Knowledge of tobacco, cosmetics, luxury, spirits, pharmaceuticals, or premium FMCG packaging
• Experience working directly with printers and print production facilities
• Turkish & English proficient
