Position: Production Assembly Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble interior and exterior door units using hand tools and power tools, including saws, drills, pneumatic tools, and nail guns.
• Follow work orders and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Compensation (depending on experience): $16 to $20 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident using basic shop tools, including saws, drills, pneumatic tools, and nail guns
• Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to read a tape measure and accurately interpret imperial measurements to 1/32 of an inch
• Carpentry or woodworking experience is preferred
• Previous door shop or door manufacturing experience is an asset
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
• Ability to safely and frequently lift up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
