Production Assembler

POSITION SUMMARY

Following the direction of the shop supervisor to complete work orders in a timely and accurate manor. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly of all Certified Power Product. The main emphasis for this position is assembly; other duties may include welding, painting, general repair and maintenance of shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to read and interpret work orders to accurately complete the requirements
• Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings to the accurate completion of the customer requirements.
• Ability to assemble all Certified Power product
• Ability to set up and operate vertical mill, horizontal mill, drill press, cut off saw, hydraulic test stand (valves), hydraulic test stand (pump motors), plasma cutters, welding equipment
• Repair and maintain shop equipment
• Produce high quality parts and assemblies with low reject rate
• Show mutual respect for coworkers
• To complete other duties as outlined by ISO work instruction
• Perform other duties as required
