Description

At Veza, speed is our craft. We solve the problems other companies say can't be solved fast enough — turning tough customer challenges into real, manufactured solutions. Our values — Velocity, Execution, Zealousness, and Accountability — aren't slogans, they're how we operate every day. We're looking for people who'd rather build something real than talk about building it.

Who We Are Looking For

Join our Production team in an entry-level role building wire harnesses and cable assemblies. You'll learn light assembly, wire splicing, heat shrinking, and labeling — following standard work instructions and building hands-on skills with each project. No prior experience required; we'll train you on the tools and processes.

Essential Responsibilities

Reading & Following Production Documentation

  • Learn to read and use blueprints, work orders, wire lists, and other written instructions to identify materials and follow the correct assembly sequence
  • Correctly identify colors and use basic measuring tools like rulers and tape measures
  • Recognize different assembly components and understand how the product moves through production

Wire & Cable Processing

  • Plug wires into connectors, ensuring proper connection to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Cut and process multi-conductor cable using various cutting tools
  • Route and assemble wires according to specifications
  • Splice wires accurately and with limited errors
  • Operate a heat shrink tool to seal tubing around wire
  • Understand correct connector and terminal orientation, including multiple positions
  • Follow proper labeling procedures
  • Operate a cable tie gun and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Set up and run continuity testing, then print results sheets
  • Bundle or bag finished product to customer specifications
  • Pack finished assemblies for quality review
  • Follow all safety standards when using heat guns, wire strippers, cutters, and other hand tools

Quality & Documentation

  • Visually inspect assemblies throughout production to confirm quality standards are met
  • Track time per project using electronic software to stay on budget
