Production Assembly Operator I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities – Operator I

• Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
