Production Assistant
Summary
Assemble and process temperature-controlled packaging materials in a manufacturing environment, operating specialized equipment with on-the-job training.
Role Overview:
We are a close-knit, supportive team looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join our operations. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in manufacturing and assembling specialized temperature-controlled packaging materials. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for all equipment and processes!
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and perform aerogel cutting and vacuum sealing processes with guidance.
Operate the Auto Filling Machine.
Assist in assembling components and other materials as required.
Clean recycled Phase Change Material (PCM) to uphold quality standards.
Operate electric trucks safely after training to support material handling.
Transfer PCM from bottle packs into Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) carefully.
Perform laser marking on bottle packs under supervision.
Assemble various panels into designated packaging materials at assigned workstations following instructions.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary, training will be provided.
Motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Able to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment.
Physically capable of manual handling tasks and operating equipment safely.
